Innovating with marzipan (making flowers, marzipan lollipop, covering cupcakes with marzipan and decorating)

Chocolates going with Christmas theme

Cakes and Gateaux – 1 day

Black forest cake – 1 day

Dutch Truffle cake – 1 day

Fresh fruit cake – 1 day

Chocolate cake with fondant decoration. Theme based (eg Peppa pig cake or a ballerina cake) – 2 days

The above workshop would cover making the cake sponge and icing decoration. Nozzle patterns and basic fondant art.

  • Children work hands on in the workshop
  • Children would be provided with an apron, gloves and all other material needed for the activity
  • Printed instructions and recipes would be handed over to all the participants
  • Children get to take home what they make
  • Group Activity on the last day of the workshop
